The Junkers Ju-88 was one considered by many to be the most versatile twin engined aircraft produced by the Luftwaffe in World War II. It saw action all throughout Europe and in the Mediterranean. Finland was no exception and this Snapshot portrays one of the many roles of the Ju-88 as it is assigned to bomb two vehicle fields near Lake Lempäälä. Escorted by 109G6's they can expect to be intercepted by LA5's
